I was so worried when my Dodge Grand Caravan was experiancing transmission issues. Right from the first phone call and talking to Vivian, she explained to me that one of their expert technicians will verify the concerns with my vehicle for free. They then provided me with a couple different options to repair my vehicle. Ultimately we whent with a rebuild for the simple fact that their warranty is good nationwide! Our visit was fantastic at Speedy Auto Service St Catharines. Went there with a broken exhaust. We were anticipating over $700 bill as we had few Quotes already from different places but Speedy did the repair on my existing exhaust instead of replacement. We were there for 40mins and cost us $210 only. We were amazed by the honesty and customer service. Highly recommended.

Should have rated years ago. Customer since 2008 and Lloyd has been great at diagnosing auto issues and explaining what you need. He has done everything from oil changes to replacing a motor for me. Work is excellent and I have never had to return for a second fix. Prices are very fair and Lloyd does what he says and will check with you before doing any unplanned work. My vehicle's engine light began flashing while I was driving on the 401. Luckily, Rick's Automotive was the closest mechanic. I made a quick call to Rick, explained my situation and drove directly to his location. Within half and hour, the issue was diagnosed, arrangements were made for repairs the following day and Rick secured a ride for me to pick up a rental to continue my trip. First time coming to cardinals today. Omg! The staff super friendly.. the entrance was super clean. They looked over my car updated me right away. Didn't have to wait for my car to be checked and did exhaust repairs didnt do anthing until I confirmed for them to go ahead. Took 1 hour for repairs and there super cheap and affordable. I was expecting 500 dollar qoute nope. It was 267 with tax just shy of 300. By far the best place ever. I will be going here again in the feautre. Highly recommend.
