The fries are reheated and hard as a rock and the chicken is dry with burnt wings because it's noon's reheated chicken. It's happened more than 3 times the past year. These guys don't throw anything out for the sake of freshness. You have to go after 6 or 6:30 on weekdays to make sure they run out of the stuff from noon and then you might get fresh stuff.
