When Dave shows up with a friendly smile and a skip in his step, along with some stories of his beginnings in the scrap biz, you instantly feel like you have known Dave your whole life. When my car broke down for the second time, I got a second opionion. I also paid half of the previous tow and waited half the time. I like Rick Keegan...he is friendly, considerate and treated my baby like I like her to be treated....lots of TLC.
Since she is very low to the ground, Rick used a new tool I've never seen before...a Carrier Skate...and she skated right up onto the deck. From Stewart Ave in Nanaimo to Yellow Point (about 20k) it only cost me $60. This compared to the $100 previous charge for a few km from Nicol St to Northfield Rd where I waited over half an hour stranded on the highway in the pouring rain hoping no one would run into the back of my car.
